Graveside services for Coaster Bain, 72, of Zavalla will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, may 5, 2011 in the Zavalla Cemetery with Pastor Standridge officiating. Mr. Bain was born October 5, 1938 in Board Camp, AR and died May , 2011 at his residence. He lived in Zavalla for the past 3 years and was a former resident of Eustace, TX.

      Mr. Bain retired after 26 years from Western Union as a computer analysis and loved fishing, cook books, and gardening especially growing tomatoes. Mr. Bain was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

      He is survived by his wife, Patricia Bain of Zavalla; sons, Jeffery Bain of Gulf Port, MS, David Bain of Austin, and Mark Bain of Gulf Port, MS; sister, Juanita Bain of Gulf Port, MS; other relatives, and a host of friends.

      Mr. Bain was preceded in death by his brother, Othell Bain.
