Graveside service for Johnny Warren Barber, 63, of Lufkin was held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013 in the Ryan Chapel Cemetery.  Mr. Barber was born September 13, 1949 to the late Nannie Frances (Spivey) and John B. Barber and died March 13, 2013 in a local hospital after attaining the age of 63 years and 6 months.

        Mr. Barber loved fishing, hunting and spending time with his friends.

        He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Eric Stanbery; granddaughter, Jade Stanbery; grandsons, Eric Stanbery, Jr. and Syd Stanbery; nephews, Richard and Michael Hill; special friend, Kenneth Grisham; other relatives; and a host of friends.

        In addition to his parents, Mr. Barber was preceded in death by his sisters, Beverly Jo Barber and Margie Shepherd.

        Visitation was Saturday at 3:00 pm until service in the cemetery.
